Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes — cancel from your dashboard at any time. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period.
Do you offer refunds for unused time? +
No — subscriptions are billed for the full period regardless of how much you use, including your monthly AI allotment. If you don't plan to use it, cancel before your next renewal rather than after; cancelling stops future billing but doesn't refund the period you're currently in. Refunds are only made at our discretion in cases of an actual billing error on our part.
What counts as an AI generation? +
Each time you generate a LinkedIn Bio, Speaker Bio, Cover Letter, Background Report, or About Me Summary it counts as one generation. The counter resets on the 1st of each month. Add your own Claude or OpenAI API key in Settings for unlimited access.
Can pricing or AI limits change later? +
We may adjust subscription pricing or the monthly AI allotment as our costs and offerings evolve. If we do, we'll notify active subscribers at least 30 days beforehand and the change applies starting your next renewal — never mid-cycle. We don't guarantee existing subscribers keep their original price or AI allotment indefinitely; you're always free to cancel before a change takes effect. See our Terms of Service for details.

You control everything. Your profile is public only via your handle, and you can mark individual sections private at any time from your dashboard.
