RaguDave is a personal profile platform. You create one profile and receive a unique handle. That handle can be used by AI tools, third-party services, or directly in prompts to generate context-specific outputs — such as a résumé, meal preferences, or a background summary — from the information you choose to store.
You must be 16 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.
You may use RaguDave to store professional and personal preference information and share it via your handle. You may not:
You choose what information to enter. You control which fields are public or private via privacy settings. You can edit or delete your data at any time from your dashboard.
RaguDave uses third-party AI services (including Anthropic Claude and OpenAI) to generate content such as résumés and profile summaries based on the data you provide. AI-generated outputs are provided as-is — you should review them before use. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in AI output.
RaguDave may offer paid subscription plans. Where a subscription is offered:
We reserve the right to update pricing and features with reasonable notice.
We aim to keep RaguDave available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
The RaguDave platform, branding, and code are owned by RaguDave and its operators. The content you enter into your profile remains yours. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaguDave is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including AI-generated outputs used in hiring, travel, or commercial decisions.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. On deletion, your personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in Wyoming.
